Koru Fleet is built by Koru Projects, a small team based in the Mediterranean with deep experience in sailing data analysis and race performance consulting.
We've worked with professional circuits including the 44Cup, 52 Super Series, ClubSwan racing, and coastal events across Europe. Our analysis engine processes GPS tracking data from TracTrac and Vakaros to produce detailed, actionable reports that help sailors understand what happened on the water and why.
Koru Fleet is the product version of the tools we've been building and refining over years of hands-on work with racing teams. Same engine, same quality — now available to any sailor who wants to debrief their races with real data instead of guesswork.
